• The reason we have set the price so low is because there are so many "for sale by owner" (FSBO) websites now in Spain that it must be hard to make a decision which ones to use, many of them charge between 99 euros and 200 euros per year or until it is sold, it may seem like a scam for 2,50 euros - but it's far from it!
• 2,50 euros will probably not buy you a pint of lager at your local bar, so at this price you have absolutely nothing to lose and if you do sell your property through this website it will be money spent.
• You can use this website as a market place for your property, if you do not have a website, you can direct people to this website to see all your property details and images.
Promotion and visibility
• Even though we do not have overheads, we will be placing adverts to direct potential buyers to the website to see your property, but that will be out of my own pocket (or with the money you have paid for the advert!).
• We do a lot of online promotion and have excellent Google, Yahoo! and MSN search engine result rankings so your property is sure to be found by potential buyers from the UK and worldwide.
